Third Sector Solutions/TSS is a consulting, training and educational services firm with thirty years of experience creating, managing and administering a wide range of nonprofit programs and services.

TSS focuses on partnering with nonprofit staff, board members and the communities they serve to ensure effective programs and services and meaningful outcomes.

To support their mission of serving the community nonprofit organizations need well-crafted programs designed to provide high quality services. The staff need the resources (training and materials) to be effective. The Executive Director and Board of Directors need to work in a collaborative partnership as champions of the organization.

TSS has been providing technical assistance, workshops, organizational and professional development services to nonprofit organizations, board of directors, staff and universities since 2011.

 

TSS specializes in providing strategic planning, board of directors’ development, managers, Executive Director coaching and organizational development support to small and medium sized organizations.

TSS’s management training/workshops, coaching and general professional development services are available to staff of all organizations.
