Bruce Marcus is the owner/principal of Third Sector Solutions/TSS.

 

Bruce specializes in facilitating workshops for managers (new and emerging managers,  managers new to mid and senior level roles), management coaching (individual) and professional/career development (coaching circles) for management teams.

Bruce is experienced in providing  strategic planning projects, organizational development and project management (design and operations) for nonprofit organizations.

 

Bruce’s thirty years of management experience include director/executive level positions with a wide variety of social service/community based organizations. Programs and Services Experience

 

This experience provides TSS with in – depth knowledge and experience on the issues and challenges faced by nonprofit agencies; and the ability to craft technical assistance services specific to the distinct situations that board of directors, executive staff, managers and direct service staff encounter while providing services to diverse communities.
