DES Action USA hired Bruce to run a one day strategic planning session. He did his homework ahead of time by learning about our organization and board members and created a strategic planning process tailored to our specific needs. Our board is filled with smart, savvy and demanding individuals who expect a lot. We did not make it easy for him but Bruce was able to adapt the workshop throughout the day as needed to keep us on track and establish a teamwork approach. The end result is that the board developed an improved organizational structure with realistic goals and objectives that serves us well now.
